im giving up smoling slowly down to 3 cigs a day now from a usual 20-30,,,

the patches help and the lozenges and the inhaler,lol

Ive carried last years one over to this year because it was good

Normally they're about making you do something you don't really want to do or stoppping something you enjoy doing so why bother?
