As one of my presents to Kate I wanted to buy her course of treatments for the "Hollywood" look.

Can anyone recommend a reputable clinic or chain of clinics ?

You should try a Groupon or something. Laser doesn't work for all hair types, and buying a course up front could be a huge waste.
