Trying to grow one at the moment, has about a week's growth.

But don't think I can stand the itching much longer.

Does it get better once it's longer??

The one week interval can be a bugger, but after two you won't be bothered

Just keep up with moisturiser and conditioner

"Fuckin' hipsters "

Naaa not me, I have been waiting till they starting to go out of fashion to grow it.

Besides I am only doing it to wind She-ra/jools up as she hates them.

Also it's 90%white

Got a bit of a grey action man look going on with short grey hair and grey stubble.

I couldn't stand it any longer the constant itching. Ahhhhhhhh shaved the bloody thing off.

She-ra is happy.

Saif I looked like a tramp.

How rude!

I've tried loads of times and couldn't get past the initial itchy stage until this last time. I literally started with mutton chops. It was my neck and mustache area that would itch probably from ingrown hairs or that. Now I'm to the point of a wolverene type of look and I like it a lot

I found if you wash it everyday with shampoo it almost eliminates any itching

Washing it everyday will remove the natural oils of the hair. Using shampoo you use on your head hair will also aggravate the skin on your skin. You only need to wash your beard twice maybe 3 times a week with beard shampoo, a wash with water will suffice every day you don't shampoo it. Oil it after your shower when your beards towel dry and you're on to a winner. My beards nearly touching my nips so I'm abit of a pro with all things beard related

I used to have a beard. I only ever shaved for interviews once upon a time. Now it's daily usually for ladies preference

Stick with it. I've been a beardsman now for almost a decade (before and after the cool stages) and I love it. Yes you'll divide opinion but hey least you'll out the ones who are massively superficial.

Enjoy!
