Looking like beans n egg on toast I think... Not quite as inviting as a chip buttie but a lot less calories lol

I got a little free course special tonight:

Starters: Avocado with the dressing - mix up a little French mustard, olive oil, malt vinegar...BOOM!

Mains: Jerk spiced mini fillets with small Greek style salad (no olives...yuck!) splashed with the dressing above & a buttered crusty baguette...sliced...at an angle...BAM!

Desert: choc ice, maybe 2

I'm having a roasted aubergine topped with a ragù of lentils, tomatoes, raisins & smoked paprika with a garlicky almond yoghurt dressing, toasted pine nuts, lemony rocket & pomegranate Pot Noodle.

my steak is thick not some cheap frying steak that's wafer thin.

don't spoil steak with seasoning before cooking. all that salt draws all the juices out.
