My local parkrun are have a star wars them on Saturday. What can I go as (other than jabba the Hut or whatever he is called) that would be comfortable to run in and not very expensive to put together.

That's not much time - get a white pair of shorts and t shirt and with fabric paint pens draw the R2D2 robot lines on it and go as R2D2. You can google what they look like.

Most fancy dress shops will do one for around £25. They look great too.
