A kind lady is making me a coffee and she puts the boiling water on the coffee before adding milk.. noooo milk then water...

Actually, I put milk in before hot water if it's instant coffee, I think coffee doesn't need boiling water.

it sounds like instant coffee you're talking about and instant coffee is just plain wrong anyway .... so your rant is invalid by default ... a kind lady would brew some fresh coffee not serve freeze dried crap out of a jar

Definitely not milk first...

Boil the water then leave it for at least a minute or pour over the back of the teaspoon to avoid burning the coffee after this add milk to taste

If it's instant then it has to be hot water then milk.

Otherwise the coffee will not dissolve and you're left with a coffee scum on the top

You're wrong. Boiling water, let it stand for a couple of minutes in the cup, then add the coffee, then milk. Boiling water burns coffee and gives it a bitter taste.
