Since the other thread got too big.

They're still denying liability but witness is on my side.

They've got 21 days to respond or were staring court proceedings.

Anothing thing is the open case ups insurance from a fairly high but reasonable 600 a year to nearly 2k a year

There's 2 great bikes currently up for sale too that I'm eyeing might just buy it an keep it stored and work on it till the case is settled.

I'm pushing to get physio included in the settlement though back still isn't right

Yes thyroid is that ... its like the engine that runs the body and if you don't get enough, it can be coma and die. Means I get all my medicines free on the nhs though .... they have been tinkering with the dose for years, as such my metabolism is very slow and joints achy, always cold ... they will work it out in the end though.
