Can doubledildo damage?

I've never tried one, and it's not in the cards that it should happen anytime soon.

But I'm really curious!

So, thought I would ask the FabForum experts, can you not get hurt, or hurt someone, by not being too certain on how to regulate the pressure on the other end?

Obviously I'm imagining that each end is inside two different people.

That made me go crossed eyed not only because all I could imagine was 2 use lube and to maybe let me join in and find out 2 x
