Going to see Def Leppard and Whitesnake tonight. Been a rock/metal fan since the early 80's but somehow these two both slipped through my gig net. Tonight Im putting that right

Whitesnake for me need to pack it in ...it was cringeworthy last time we saw them.we went outside till Thunder came on..However Def Leppard are amazing.

Seen them both a few times back in the 80's. The first time I saw Def Leppard they were supporting Iron Maiden at the Assembly Rooms in Derby in 1980

Not metal I know but alternatively Duran duran was playing at Nottingham last last I bet it was a Sellout..

I saw Whitesnake years ago, with Steve Vai on guitar. Sadly not even his awesomeness could save them...

Def Leopard are one of the few bands I've not seen and I'm not sure I'd like them now but would loved to have seen them at their peak.

Love a bit of whitesnake, still one of the best bands I've ever seen. But like all my favourite bands they're getting on a bit. I should have been born at least 10 years earlier.

Whitesnake are the band that got me into rock, have seen them a few times but I refuse to see them now, David Coverdale should of stopped a long time ago, he sounds awful now, in my opinion they are only doing so well now because he has an incredible group op musicians with him that make up for his old shot voice
