Erm... After having the worse 8am-4pm sleeping pattern for a few weeks, I'm shifting it slowly to a 3am-9am pattern.

Normally I'm tucked in with a film by 11ish but it takes me a fair while to settle properly.

I get into bed around 11pm and try to get to sleep before midnight. If I'm sleepy then I will just go to bed though. It was 9pm one day last week.

We go to bed when we want was in the pub trade many years never went to bed the same day you got up. now happily retired its like getting out of prison go to bed when we want get up when we want if the weather is bad there is always tomorrow life is one big weekend
