Over a year was my longest period without sex and throughout my marriage it was normal for us to go up to 4 months without. It didn't seem such a big deal at the time, but since joining fab and discovering that sex is actually awesome with the right people, I now feel slightly faint and panicky at the thought of more than a 2 week dry spell

I don't allow myself to go so long without and do find it tough at time, when separated from my normal world. Eg a long stay with others (I've got a week over Christmas coming up).

I get out and about, schedule a club visit etc or an overnight in a hotel and book a meet. Sex is so good for my body and mind.
