Hello ladies, I want to get the Mrs some sexy underwear but done know where to start with sizes.

I was thinking of a basque.

You could ask her.....I'm not sure how much strangers can help you with this. We wouldn't know what size she is. Or am I misunderstanding the question?

Basques you would need her bra size to do so. Then Google it, depending on size Ann Summers, bravissimo maybe?

Sizes vary so much from shop to shop.

On a personal note i'd hate to receive undies for xmas...selfish gift as far as i'm concerned!
