Blooming nose bleed..

Best way to stop them, I e a tissue stuck up my nose.

Sorry I'm a bloke and without being over dramatic.. I've been having emergency surgery..

Not sure, was sat drinking a cup of coffee and splish splash I was losing vital fluids rapidly... Is there a nurse available I think I need a bed bath..
