Yes or No and why you think that way

He took a life he deserves to be locked up, would we have the same coverage if he wasn't famous!! Think not X

he is still currently under house arrest through his manslaughter charge so will continue to be held under the same conditions until his new appeal against his new murder conviction is to be heard next year. As the appeal is on going it is not surprising he has been granted this rather than being in jail, whether it is right or wrong I will not say.

I will say that once the appeals process is over, whatever the final result, the SA justice system will have to look at itself closely to see what mistakes were made and if anything needs to change.

I read the judge he had intent on killing who ever he thought was in that bathroom.

Defo murder, he claimed he thought burglars was in his house.

1. Why would the burglar stop to take a piss?

2. Why would u take time and put his fake legs on, surely u would hide with Ur gun, in case they tried attacking u.

I reckon she was breaking up with him, he got jealous
