"I don't believe in regrets. There may be things I could have done better (or avoided altogether), however our whoops moments make us who we are just as much as our yay moments. We just need to learn from them. Crikey, that was a little too philosophical for this time in the morning! " well said

"I wish I spoke to my Dad on the phone the day he suddenly passed away that evening or even visit him more often. I failed as a daughter." You didn't, you weren't to know. My regret is having a relationship with a psychopath. That's my only one.

"That I let people bully me in the workplace xx We had that for a year it made us both ill we left our job in the end Paul saw him one night and the guy had to have a couple of weeks off work " It went on for years the stories I could tell. I was once followed off site, locked in a room. That's public sector for you

"I wish I spoke to my Dad on the phone the day he suddenly passed away that evening or even visit him more often. I failed as a daughter." Don't do that to yourself I'm sure it's not true and he loved you. I don't think he would want you to burden yourself with those kind of feelings.

"I wish I spoke to my Dad on the phone the day he suddenly passed away that evening or even visit him more often. I failed as a daughter." No you didn't , don't think like that, no one was to know. He'll know now , as before , that you love him. My failings....ouch...around the divorce and failing my kids. Realise now I haven't and didn't, but took it bad for them for a while. Others too, but I'm stronger and happier now after each . And not meeting Miss Knitter .

"Out of every regret, there is usually something positive to be found." Very true. Probably took me a while to realise this though. All there is is NOW. The past and the future don't exist. Don't get too hung up on either.
