surely it would taste like turkey - ive cooked a chicken in the micro - was tender and juicy and surprise - it tasted like chicken

I've had some pretty horrible turkey cooked in conventional ovens, dry and tough maybe it will avoid that.

im pretty sure ive cooked a turkey crown in a micro on a caravan holiday - many years ago - sort of steams it if you cover it
