I've been here nine years, majority of my verifications are from social meets, then you've got the odd repeat verification so although mine sound alot when you break them all down it's not really

Because a person shows a few selected veri's doesn't mean they might not have a 'load of veri's'

There are those that switch around their veri's to show they haven't met in the last 6 months or more.

Displaying veri's means very little unless the summary is also shown, even then a meet could be a social, but it isn't identified as such.

I don't have any verifications, because I've not met anyone off here, I'm not complaining it's just a combination of not being desperate, taking my time to find the right person.

There is someone I am very interested in meeting, but we will see how that goes, but I have a good feeling about it

I don't take much notice of the varifications, because you would have to take into account who left the varifications in the first place, they could just be people who are easily pleased lol

I don't like veris. Meeting someone for sex and then publishing a review of the occasion for me feels odd.

I prefer not to give or receive them. However, I am verified. I do check other peoples veris mainly to see if they are playing safely. But most womens veris from men all, pretty much say the same thing and shouldn't be believed.

Personally I think it's because they want to be made to feel special, they want to feel they have something that's made them stand out and they have pulled somebody who must be fussy because they only have two verifications, where as somebody who has 50+ will obviously just fuck anybody and they don't want to be just another name on their wall of fame

When in all honesty that people with only two verifications could probably have another 200 hidden away because they are sick of being judged by who they have met, yet if you meet the night will be exactly the same regardless of how many they show

It's all a little daft to me

What I'm saying is that either I haven't met their standards or they haven't met mine, some people live too far away, some can't accom, some have, shall we say, a lazy attitude towards sexual safety, some just don't click with me, or I with them.

I don't like the verification system tbh. On my current profile I have 3, on my old one about 20. I wasn't more trustworthy or "genuine" then than I am now. Have met verified people who have been twats or stood me up, and unverified people who were fantastic and exactly who should be on the site.

I don't show my veris... I show my summery. So because that says I've been verified by 51 people...does that mean I shouldn't be met?

People have there own reason for not meeting other people. But just be cause someone has a number of verifications doesn't always mean they have shagged everyone in sight.

Going through my veris it does appear that I have had a lot more social meets that actual meets, which is fine, I do have more veris but a few have gone UNLOS, plus I don't like show my sex meets if they are a bit 'over the top' I do like to show a 'little modesty!'

9 years I've been here and been to many socials, I've looked through my verifications this morning and am actually surprised how few I've slept with as it seems most of my sex meets have become repeats.

Think what you like but please don't think that someone is less picky or selective just because they have more verifications

Its not judging at all. Its just a case of matching with someone with the same interests. Everyone is free to take from this site whatever they want. Just because I may not want to meet with someone does not mean I wouldn't fully support them in their choices.

We only have 2. When we look at someone we won't pick someone with lots of them. About half a dozen is about right for us.

Of course those of us with lots of veris are just as selective .

What's wrong with a quantity of quality ?

It's the judgement that others make about us which is so wrong on every level . It's a swinging site , a place where people have sex with others .

Some of us do that , enjoy it and are happy enjoying the lifestyle .

Others dream about it , sit in their armchairs and feel so high and mighty by decrying those who do exactly what a site like this is for .

Basically, everyone looks down on everyone else for the way they use the site, be that meeting too many people or not meeting enough people or god forbid having too many social meets. Just do your thing and find those who want to do it with you.

When i first joined i was put off by alot of veris...perhaps being very sexually inexperienced or strict upbringing who knows.

I remember reading one of these threads though and thinking how silly id been (just my opnion). I think maybe in the back of my mind i was worried a lot of sex meant bigger risks of sti's or something. But often the ones who meet a lot take this more seriously than some one or two quick fuck types.... just my experience.

Everyone to their own whatever works for you. If we all liked the same we wouldnt have much sex because selecting would be harder.

Just this...

I only 'judge' people by the personality they portray on the forums. And its usually to work out if I would like them as a person, not simply if I want to have sex with them. There are several guys who I would happily have a few beers with, same as there are several ladies who I would happily go for dinner or have a laugh with even if their is no sexual chemistry.

One thing about veris from several people is you can work out how likely you are to be compatible with that person. For example a guy could really float the boat of one lady, they could click and be really sexually compatible, but may not be able to recreate that with anyone else. However if he can rock the world for a number of women then he could be judged a 'good lover' in respect of being able to adapt to different situations by future meets.

I usually read the top two or three and that's it. I have absolutly no interest in who they have met in the past I'm not planning on shagging there previous meets.

So your rate of meets is about right for you? But:

At a rate of 2 verifications in 3 months you will have reached your 6 in another 6 months time. Will you stop after 6? And if you are still here in 10 years time, at the same rate of meeting, you will have notched up 80. What about someone who already has 10 verifications but over 10 years - just one a year. That makes you seem quite promiscuous.

True, But for someone like me who doesn't send many messages out or receive many, When I receive one I do my research and if I find the veris they have are from no picture profiles with only one veri from the person who sent me the message or from another one of the persons veris I use my common sense
