The Devil is in the Detail

I am always amazed at the difference in detail envolved, when discussing fantasies, with men and women.

The ladies in my life describe situations, settings, materials, lighting, clothes, scents....even the style of a man's watch.

All of the above and more, described in detail, settiing the scene before any sexual. (physical) act takes place.

With men......two birds, big tits, stockings. ( I by no means discount my self from this )

Am I stereo-typing ?

It's a huge generalisation I know (and obviously there will be exceptions) but on the whole I think men are more visual and women are more 'sensual / emotional' in their preferences and fantasies - so I think you're probably right in the vast majority of cases OP.

So any smart savvy guy that wants to woo his way into the affections of a lady should learn to understand their drivers and look to fulfil them - rather than assume they're going to be turned on by the same things as him

They probably describe it in more depth than me. But then we don't really describe fantasies to each other. We just say something like 'I fancy doing X new thing, what do you think?' and then we do it.

Maybe. I suspect that most of my friends are very similar to me. Perhaps most of your friends are very similar to you? It would make sense that we would look to surround ourselves with those who are similar.
