"We were due to have some work done starting at 9 on Saturday morning at 8:40 they rang to say they couldn't do it and would come on Sunday, we said no so they said they'd come at lunch time then turned up at 3:30p.m. and did half the job promising to finish the following afternoon. They didn't turn up and phoned on Monday saying they'd be there in the afternoon...we're sitting here now still waiting for them after they phoned at 10:10 a.m. saying they would be here within half an hour. This is how I keep a good reputation and have no need to advertise. Ring them back and tell them some body else is doing it now as you have seeked info for citizens advice. There are some trades you really cannot do yourself though and they seem to be worst for this sort of behaviour. They also seem to charge an outrageous amount of money and have pleasure in telling you they are all so busy they cannot even think about doing anything for 8-12 weeks!"
