I'm sure this has been asked before but I couldn't find an answer...

For those of you with them, I'm curious... why do you choose that sort of picture as a representation of yourself on a forum/chatroom? Does it create more/less interest from people contacting you?

This isn't a criticism... more a curious question. I appreciate it's a very personal choice, I just wonder if it's because it's an adult site and you can?

For those of you without such explicit avatars, is there a reason you wouldn't have one?

I have found that in the last year or so since i joined this site, I have become more prudish about pics on this site!

I definately have a more open mind about sex and swinging, but whereas to begin with I was fascinated by the pics! now I am mainly underwhelmed!
