just back from A&E after managing to hurl myself down a flight of stairs,no xray at weekends!...can't be arsed to go elsewhere so back to bed with some codeine and crap tv! feeling very sorry for myself,and for my lovely mate who's been brilliant, and is now washing blood off the downstairs neighbours front door!
