Play a shoot 'em up video game.... take your frustration out on some targets by sniping them in the face or chucking grenades at them....while picturing the arse of a boss who put you in a grouch lol

I generally take myself off to bed in a huff. If that's not an option, deep breaths and keep making excuses to go outside, like putting the bin out

I need to remove myself from the situation and do something practical or productive.

I feel bad enough as it is without watching united to depress me! That said a big Leicester win would cheer me up

Why not take yourself and the person that is winding you up out somewhere? Maybe you both need to get out and do something fun?

Sing a song, intentionally say silly things, pull funny faces, dance in a stupid manner. Just generally act like a clown and laugh at the foolishness of being too serious

It released pent up emo....er....cum

It has advantages.....almost always available, portable, doesn't have to last long and he every day stresses can be forgotten not just in the orgasm but in thinking 'fuck, why didn't I get some tissues ready?' as you try and clear up the mess

Make a list of all the good things in your life, phone a dear friend up and then explain that list to them, then open a bottle of wine in celebration of the joy you have just shared.....

No wait, make a list of all the bad things in your life, phone a dear friend up and share that misery, this halving it....

No wait, light the fire, burn all the paper in your house to avoid making lists, open three bottles of wine and drink in quick succession, tell the cat you love them before falling down in the kitchen and waking up the next day , with a packet of "tasty chunks" stuck to your forehead and one very overfed cat asleep on your head.

Having one today. My advice, find a spot miles from anywhere preferably up a hill. Then scream. Shout scream growl and punch the fuck out of the grass.
