"I've learned to go with the flow - I've given up trying to force myself to sleep. If I wake now I listen to music, read or log on to fab, usually within 30 minutes I'm asleep again.......probably to wake up again a couple of hours later. The upshot is don't fight it xx" This is what i started doing. Although if i'm still tired sometimes i'll just lie there and carry on resting. | |||

"Every night 3 in the morning till bout 7 then I have another hr I feel so sad with it I'm thinking of giving up an going on sleeping tablets I'm scared of getting addicted xXx" And the thing is they only work for a certain length of time. If I wake up early hours - I just do something soft, reading, Internet and so on. It really is best not to fight it, then your body clock adjusts accordingly and settles into a pattern that suits you. I have to be up at five in the mornings - this works for me somehow | |||
