Gosh,,I have exactly the same problem,,4 days off at a time,it's just too much,,,even volunteered for an extra shift yesterday so only three days off this week..I'm going to keep an eye on this thread for suggestions as to what to do.I'm at a loss.

and only doing 3 days next week but its 12 hour shifts lol x
