Ooo Fry's 5 centres, I loved those, they were brilliant, the lime was my favourite. Milk Tray (which are the chavs of the chocolate world) used to do a lime one, that was the only one I liked.

When I was very little they used to have little chocolate buttons like things called Counters, I remember constantly hassling my mother for those.

I have never been able to eat purple coloured sweets for some reason, so if I ever have Tootie Frooties etc I always leave the purples.

Favourite Childhood sweets,,,, the only sweets I got offered as a kid were keep ya gob shut-up ones,,, ,from my uncle,,,, well.. I say uncle,,, we called him uncle... mind you, it felt a bit strange calling him uncle when I was 19 yr old.... And it always struck me as odd to be given a sweet just for doing those things to him,,,, .... I'm sure most of it must have hurt quite a lot.....And I'm positive you only meant to do that to a horse anyway,,,

But I digress,…. Hmmmm so you lot had proper Sweets eh!,,,,,,,, honestly ya don’t know half of it,,,,, when I was a titchy little kid long before my wayward Uncle episodes, we used to think we were really lucky if we got to lick the spoon used to stir my grannies pants as they boiled away merrily once a month in a big pan over the open fire.....sweets,,,, I'll give ya sweets,,, alright,,,,
