My boss asked me if I could go take a look at the toilet at his daughters flat, as she had fallen against it and it had smashed the water tank, so new toilet needed to be fitted, so I fitted it today for her, that should get me some brownies point with the boss lol

Yesterday, I bought a big woolly cardigan for a homeless person I often run into, the weathers been dangerously cold round these parts and I've been worrying about him - he seems to have disappeared too, so I'm hoping he found a place to stay. Of course, I'm now left with this heavy jumper, but I'll pass it onto the next person I find who needs it.

It's only been a day, perhaps keep hold of it for a week or two in case you cross paths again.

I went to a very wet Manchester today for the Christmas markets - I don't like giving money to the homeless so bought food and a drink and gave it to an old guy...I volunteer weekly in a cafe feeding the homeless and I love it

More like four, the last time I saw him was just before the cold bit down, his things have now been kicked all over the subway where I used to bump into him.

There's an old boy who lives up the road from me, must be in his 70's/80's (just a guess).

Every Sunday he walks down to the local shops, walking stick in hand & buys 3/4 bags worth of shopping then struggles back home with them...a few Sunday's ago i noticed him walking back while i was having a cheeky smoke by the window in my flat...snails pace, stopping to get his breath &/or rest his arms...I went down to help him, when offering he looked a little perplexed and said no, quite bluntly too. Undeterred i asked him if he'd like to spend another 20mins walking up the road or would he rather be at home in 10mins with his feet up...that made him smile, grabbed the 3 bags & got him home. Before i left him i told him if he can do his shopping on a Sunday around 2pm i'll look out for him & give him a hand everytime, it's been 3 weeks consecutively now, like clock work...2pm.

Genuinely feel good about that

The taxi was reversing round a corner so he wasn't hurt! More shocked than anything so we got the taxi to run him tohhospital! He was in over night and home the next day!

My dad is very poorly atm and has been in hospital for 2 1/2 weeks so far. Whenever we go and visit theres a lady there looking after her husband. Shes there from around 9 each morning til at least 11 at night. I wanted to do something "nice" for her as I think that level of devotion is special so I bought her some bubble bath so she could have a relaxing bath or two on us. Only cost £2 but she appreciated the thought.

My ex mother in law (whom I've not said two words too since last November, her not me making that choice), her cousin has been given 3 months to live, she doesn't drive so I offered her lifts to see him whenever she wants, she has taken me up on it yet

tried to - woman and small son with his scooter- baby in buggy - needed to hold sons hand as they went down the steps - i offered to help with buggy son or even just to carry the scooter down - she refused and struggled all the way down -

Recently went out to a National Trust property where the pay and display car-parking was a set fee for all day use (annoying in itself)

Was only there an couple of hours so offered my ticket up to some new arrivals who were about to pay at the machine.

It made their day. Hopefully Karma really does exist and I will be the receipient of a similar good deed one day
