Just finishing a night shift. I don't usually eat too, if anything.

What eat you after a night shift: breakfast, dinner or nothing? Xx

When I did nights I'd eaten my snap at work, so I had a few pints then went to bed about 11 or 12ish as I used to treat them like days but in reverse

I used to do 7-7 on a 4 on 4 off, but it was usually 6 on 2 off there was that much overtime available. I once did 24 shifts on the bounce covering for guys on summer holiday

Ah yes I'm doing 7pm to 7am myself and yeah done those before too.

What time did you wake up for work in that shift? Xx

Breakfast always after finishing, dinner before I start and another smaller dinner at first break, bannana sandwiches for second break...I'm bloody hungry now

Set the alarm for 6, had some toast or cereal before I left at 6.40. It was only a 10 min walk from where I lived

Interesting, I get home for 8ish and wake up at 4pm for a workout, shower, dinner then leave for work at 6pm
