As less as possible. But only diet that actually works long term is change eating habits.

Less calories in more calories out through exercise

Diets dont work in the long run health eating and exercise is the best way to lose weight and keep it off

Healthy eating is the way forward. I follow ww and gave lost over 5 stone. I don't exercise though

I think I need advice on diets. Ive been just having a tin of soup a day and juices for last seven days and I feel weak so might need look at other options. But I dont feel hungry so might be the vitamins im lacking

Eat what you like, sensibly and with a degree of moderation unless you have a specific reason to be on a particular diet. In which case eat that.

That wont work, you need a sustainable food plan...having extremely low calories over a short period never works, as your body tries to keep a condition called homeostasis (trying to stay the same) so when yoh deprive it kf calories like that it will try and hold onto every bit of fuel reserve...then when you stop dieting your body effectively says 'fuck that' and hoards everything..
