But I dont feel hungry so might be the vitamins im lacking" That wont work, you need a sustainable food plan...having extremely low calories over a short period never works, as your body tries to keep a condition called homeostasis (trying to stay the same) so when yoh deprive it kf calories like that it will try and hold onto every bit of fuel reserve...then when you stop dieting your body effectively says 'fuck that' and hoards everything.. | |||
