has anybody ever bought a toy and didn't like it, and tried to send it back? Obviously without ever using it.

You have to use it to know you didn't like it

I could have done in the past,Love honey will accept stuff back from a year ago,or they used to,I've never bothe_ed taking the time to,I'd hate to be the person that deals with those returns as in my line of work I know that peoples hygiene can be low on their list of priorities

the company are refusing to refund me stating that as its a toy its non refundable. although clearly its still sealed in its packaging untouched.

I've often wonde_ed whether Ann Summers have a 'try before you buy' policy - if would explain why I've seen woman go in to their changing rooms and come out with a big smile on their faces.

Then he changed his mind....

We have a bunch of them that has not lived up to there hype. Walking into an actual store helped tremendously. You can see it before you buy it and maybe even get the sale clerk to fire one up. ( If it runs on batteries.)
