Just enjoying a pint of milky coffee with a toasted muffin with proper butter and homemade plum jam - it's too cold in my kitchen to linger long enough to make anything else!

My ultimate breakfast is 2 eggs, over easy, with 2 pieces of white toast, buttered, home fries with peppers and onions and paprika, 2 pieces of veggie sausage, a glass of orange juice, a glass of apple juice, and a carafe of coffee with milk and sugar.

I used to eat it all the time in the US. Now its a veggie full English.

Some bran flakes and a few oats topped with sliced banana, fat free natural yoghurt and a drizzle of honey.

If I'm going out on a 3 or 4hr plus ride after a bit of digesting time I'll follow that up with a couple of pieces of brown toast as I don't like to eat or stop during my ride.
