Too personal to mention?

I suspect most of us would have have no qualms in telling our friends to go see a doc if a nasty cough or a bout of sickness had gone on for a while - its just caring and common sense to encourage them to do so. Thing is I've had a pic from a guy I chat to and his cock is completely bent at a right angle and it looks like a stricture to me (injury to the urethra). He mentioned it first so it wasn't an elephant in the room moment and also he sort of bragged about it reaching parts others can't and I joked "Ooh painful but nice!" (meaning for me) but he replied "Yeah it does get sore when it's really hard or I pee". Alarm bells!I had to bite my tongue from advising him to get it looked at because I could have caused him unnecessary anguish if its perfectly normal and just his physiology, as obviously I'm no medic and am basing my concern about stricture of the penis merely watching Embarrassing Illnesses on TV. I suppose to an extent the programme has done its job by making me vigilant but I hardly know the guy and it might sound reet weird if I bring it up.

Sooooooo... would you tell him to see a doc and how would you approach it if you would?

P.S. He isn't a member of this site - otherwise I wouldn't have posted the piece.

Tell him you once read about ............. ( it begins with g I think I'll find out in a min ) and that it's a medical condition.

Just sew the seed, he will do the rest himself.

Back of Beyond

Peyronies disease.

It won't be hyperspadias, that is where the hole in the end is located not at the end but someplace along the underside of the shaft.

As an adult I would think he would have noticed if he was peeing into his hand when he went to toilet!

From how you described it you have to approach it from the side surely?

I would just say it.. to be honest he must know if his cock has changed over time. offer him advice off the internet or to help him research it.

but..

I would just say it. Direct is best

Thank you for the responses so far. I haven't heard from him as yet to broach the subject. Some interesting diagnoses going on here guys! I was worried about alarming him by suggesting it might be something to investigate.... I think you lot would have him crapping himself!! Some of the conditions you mention are terrifying me!!

Spoke to 'Mr Bendy' this morning and said I had worried a bit when he told me he was in pain with his penis at times. I said perhaps if its bothering him he should see a doc. He said he had thought about it too and was going to make an appointment.

So thats that. 'glad I took the bull by the horns (pardon the pun) with the help of your opinions. Im not sure if he'll give me a med report back lol!

Anyway thank you very much for reading and responding to my post. "Loving group hug" xxx
