Almost perfect day

Is anyone else having a good day I've just spent the last few hours in the gym the pool sauna and jacuzzi surrounded by some stunning women in hardly any clothes...... How's your day been

Work and it's drizzly and grey outside.

My day is going fine, was at the gym for 2hrs this morning and then just been at home relaxing and watching tv and been doing some meal prep and eating my muscle meals, got few more meals to eat to hit todays macros, ainsleys new tv program starts on bbc2, it is fun

I had a fet date cancel on me last night and was looking forward to a tinder date tomorrow and she's gone and cancelled on me too!!!! Plus a fab friend wants me to go to a really cool event with her next month and I can't go. Booooo! BOOOOO! Gonna have a beer tonight I think.
