When it comes to your inbox?

I'm usually fairly anal about keeping on top of emails and stuff but I've been a bit of a slacker lately and my inbox was ridiculous. I'm definitely a bit of a hoarder.

So I've just been ruthless and deleted my inbox in its entirety (mainly cause there was obviously something pornographic in there and I kept getting shut out from work) and now I'm going to keep it tidy!

Are you a read, reply then delete sort? Or are you a hoarder like me? Do you make use of the save function for particular PMs?

I tend to read, reply then delete unless there's something in message I need to save. I also delete my sent messages straight away

As a single bloke I like to have an inbox utterly devoid of content.

Needless to say I am always happy to see it neat and tidy every morning.

well yesterday i had 168 lettters .. was on web cam and moving rooms alot .. mail box go mad.. I read every letter i get but have too take all off after and start new each day ......only way i can keep up with things here. But i do read everyone.

not very at all lol

i tend to skim thro daily and just read ones from people i know or if the first line you can see stands out or the avatar pic then i'll nose

i have at the moment over 400 unread messages and i will probaly not read any of them when i do my weekly block delete lol

yeah it just goes made when your on cam, its easy to get 100+ messages in a morning/afternoon, they usually the ones i dont bother reading because you know most are men sending msn address's for 1 on 1 or phone numbers

Hoarder! I delete immediately those who don't fit our criteria and hold onto the ones I want to reply to. I also save conversations i've had so I can read them again (mainly the naughty ones lol)

I say 'I' because *Him* rarely deals with anything in the inbox. Oh, he does have a habit of reading them tho and not telling me we had mail

I read, answer some, delete the dross and he ones who don't read my profile. No point saving people your not going to be interested in someone.

alot are not just numbers mail asking to meet saying i look nice and asking me for msn asking us to party... I get all sorts of letters some lovely ones too x

My inbox is a right mess.

But recently I needed to tidy up as I couldn't find a particular message that had a pic in so had to delete a few to get to it.

I think it stems from using google mail where they encourage you to leave everything in the inbox and use filters/search. This technique don't quite work with FAB messages though lol.
