I've been wanting to do boxing for a while and my brother in law keeps pushing me towards white collar boxing.

I'll look in to it a bit more after I quit smoking and get my fitness levels up a bit.

My OH has done a couple. The training was tough but the evening was enjoyable (well for me as I wasn't getting punched lol).

Now I'm doing some boxercise classes I'm kind of interested in signing up but think I might be getting ahead of myself a bit lol

Give that smoking and any drinking up you wil feel a lot better . Without boxing

In fact you will notice a increase in fitness and Stamina in a week

I would suggest owing to smoking try boxcercise first a beginners class

I'm doing it at present and my body shape and fitness has changed as the training both inside the classes and what you need to do outside them is brutal.

Once it's all done I'll update my old photos on here but whilst it's terrifying especially being my height I've enjoyed it so far.

First boxing experience but ive done muay thai before so it wasn't a shock easier if anything, I found he training to he very lack luster in my area it was more get two people a bit fitter and let then punch each other non proper boxing training, unfortunately for my opponents he was out classed
