Men suffer more due to lack of oestrogen, apparently. If it's proper flu, see a doctor. If it's a cold, just take paracetamol and stay well hydrated.

Yes it exists - XBox is an effective cure.

It usually means the sex bell gets dusty through lack of use in my house.

The wait on me hand and foot bell however is fully operational.

ive just got over real flu ( fem here) - went to docs as i didnt like to think i had it - i have had it only once before about 30 years ago - nothing you can do except take paracetamol for fever and pain - and drink plenty - i did nothing but sleep and sweat for over 3 days and took over a fortnight to feel ok ish -
