Who else will be joining me in a glass or two later in honour of wine Wednesday? I haven't purchased the wine of the week yet,so I'm open to suggestions. What are you having?

Just where I need to be.

I have to drink my bottle I bought today. Dropped it and damaged the seal.So it will be pinot grigio tonight, well actually now.

I may have a single beer (I think I have some Budvar at the back of the fridge). If I open a bottle of wine then that's the whole thing gone, which on a weeknight is dangerous behaviour since I am a lightweight these days.

I don't understand these people who have leftover wine! Luckily mine will be shared so half a bottle isn't so bad on a school night

I've only just started getting into wine as I'm usually a spicy rum girl but taken a liking to different rose wines.........don't like the dark red wine with that shitty oak taste tho

Anyone with any good suggestions as to the best to buy would help as I'm still learning

I was in Sainsburys earlier today and they have a selection of 3 for £12 wines so I bought Stamford Brook Shiraz,Mondelli Montepulciano d'Abruzzo and Marques de Montino Rioja all of which I have had before and taste great and usually retail for £6/£6.50 each plus bought 2 bottles of mulled wine yesterday there for £3 each but have some Merlot to finish maybe this evening.
