to be serious, i think it varies, from woman to woman , some dont like babe, some do, some dont like lady, some do...maybe one of the gentlemen, and i use the term loosely can tell you hat works for them? good luck

It's the 'older' part that we're slightly put off by. We all know we're women. Calling us older ladies is probably worse.

I'm not sure what the right expression is to be truthful... mature sounds like we're grown up (and clearly I'm not!), old is just well insulting, older is true but not very flattering and ancient is just a no go.

Maybe someone else will come in and give us the right term that's not offensive or insulting...

I'd steer away from the age thing altogether and just not mention it. If you put together a well thought out PM then the person can see from your profile how old you are and there's no real need to bring attention to until it comes up for discussion.

In an opening PM to read "hi, I really like older women" it doesn't do much for me.

I used to have 'age immaterial' on my profile. What a lesson that was...... for me !

I meant that if someone had the ability to act with maturity who notices age.

Unfortuately a lot of younger males thought it meant...hey sonny ...ask and it's yours.

NO I do NOT like being referred to as an older woman. YES I know im older but im an individual. Line every woman in her fifties up ......we will all be different. Boys get pornie fantasies in their heads and forget they are talking to human beings.

I can only speak for myself.

With children 19, 23 and 28 I would have no interest playing with anyone around their ages. I also like experienced playmates and men that have lived a little. I also like to meet socially and would be embarrassed if my meet was asked to produce ID in order to buy me a drink!

Some people like the very young. Just don't contact people NOT looking for your age group: it'll just piss them off and sap your spirits.

If watching "Cougars" gave you the impression older women were gagging for young lads you may be a little disappointed here!

Shame...it does no one justice. In response to the original Q...i'm 22...Alex is 35 and i play with guys that are up to the age of 40...although i want them in good nick and handsome. My thoughts are why play with someone not as hot as him? Younger can be nice due to bodies...but not due to personality. Each to their own I suppose! X

Now see there is the problem. Being as you asked a question on an open forum there is no guarantee that the responses you get will be positive.

Being able to deal with any negative comments maturely would have given weight to your statement of being mature for your age.

Myself I get put off by text speak as I often dont understand the abbreviations on first reading and get bored trying to translate it. This makes me feel old. It also in my opinion makes the person using text speak seem even younger to me and puts me off.

For myself I cant stand all the names like milf and cougar.

I have met younger men who have been more mature than men my own age. It's about how you communicate and present yourself that shows maturity.

However I do draw the line at men younger than or the same age as my god-child who is 25. For me it is just too weird. But this is just my preference. Good luck with your search.

Now see there is the problem. Being as you asked a question on an open forum there is no guarantee that the responses you get will be positive.

Being able to deal with any negative comments maturely would have given weight to your statement of being mature for your age.

Myself I get put off by text speak as I often dont understand the abbreviations on first reading and get bored trying to translate it. This makes me feel old. It also in my opinion makes the person using text speak seem even younger to me and puts me off.

For myself I cant stand all the names like milf and cougar.

I have met younger men who have been more mature than men my own age. It's about how you communicate and present yourself that shows maturity.

However I do draw the line at men younger than or the same age as my god-child who is 25. For me it is just too weird. But this is just my preference. Good luck with your search.

I have meet some young singles who have really good jobs in law in schools some who go around the world playing the money markets some who run there own sites on the net and make sites theres all sorts of people here .... Ultimately, we are all here for the same thing: sex, however, we all have different wants and needs.

On the other hand surely one has to be attracted to a different age group in the first place? When i was in my 20's thats the age group i was attracted to, when i was in my 30's, 40's it was the same, would never ever message anyone half my age, certainly not to take any attraction further thats for sure

Oh I know, it's completely ridiculous, but for some reason I just find it hilarious if people call me a lady. I think it's to do with being immature, I think of lady as a grown up woman and I suppose in my head I don't feel grown up enough to be called one! I tend to refer to women as girls, no matter how old they are. I refer to men as lads or guys, same thing I guess. I can't actually believe I'm figuring out what I call people. Forums do strange things to my brain, it used to concentrate on stuff that mattered lol
