Done something really stupid!!!

Dropped a tin of super glue on the floor I jumped up as I did I knocked a pot of silver glitter over and it's gone over the oak floor.

I've tried nail polish remover and bleech any other suggestions how I can remove it???

Fuckety fuck!!!!

I have no idea what to do. But I would recommend you stop putting nail polish remover and bleach on your oak floors.

As a BICSc trained cleaning manager I would avoid putting anything on it and call a professional. It's easy to make a bad situation worse by chucking all sorts on it. Worst of alloy don't know how each chemical will react. What may help us allow to dry and see if it will crack off

Just too add, most floors will have a chemical seal on them pouring chemicals willy nilly will likely strip the seal off leaving a burn mark on the floor forever. Call a professional.

I believe that the Super Glue makers make a anti-Super Glue (its not calked that - not sure what its called) - made for situations just like yours - on the up-side, it appers that you've invented glitter boards.

I used to work as a cleaner. We used a lot of industrial chemicals, and the possibility of them mixing was something we had to be constantly aware of.

Go ahead and try it, then, if you don't believe me.

Mixing bleach with most other chemicals will yield chlorine gas and just one lung full is enough to kill you. It's one of the most dangerous chemicals you can have in you house.

If its a real wood oak floor then would have to maybe sand hole floor and revarnish it..
