Tofu is the same as bean curd (made from soya beans). It is high in protein. I personally don't like the texture, usually. The only time I've ever eaten it with a good texture was while I was in China.

It doesn't really have much of a taste so what you eat it with is important.

The really annoying thing about hating a herb is that very often a restaurant will put it in something such as a soup or whatever and don't mention it on the menu because they don't consider it a significant enough ing_edient to be worth mentioning..

and in the meantime your meal is fucked cos even if you complain and they do you something else everyone else has finished by then.

I've also had it turn up unknowingly in a chicken pie back in the days when i ate such shite, where it was massively overpowering the taste of anything else but was only deemed to be worthy of a small little mention in tiny text in the ing_edients list.

All that aggro cooking the rest of the meal but still I threw that nasty little fucker straight in the bin.

Also, mushrooms; the devil's bell end.

funny that, is that why my kids always gave me the ends of their cornettos. I was like an ashtray for endless cornetto butts.

I hate almost all vegetables - they smell disgusting - I know that's bad and unhealthy.

I like the smell of most fruit but can't bear the textures in my mouth so rarely eat it, and just drink juice instead.

Yes ... I know I'm weird before someone says so

But the very worst thing for me is tomato ketchup .... it's vile, looks and smells revolting ... makes me feel sick if someone else at the table has it. The way it dries on a plate - it really is the most foul concoction
