Bad day :(

I've had a really bad day

Anxiety got the better of me and I sobbed harder than I have for a long time

Hoping tomorrow is a better day

(On a course I don't want to be on but I have to and had to do some speaking about ourselves and I freaked and ran away couldn't force myself to leave the toilets for about 20 min )

today will be yesterday tomorrow, keep your chin up beautiful, go to bed, put some music on that helps you, ear phones in, fall asleep and wake up, smile on your face. Here if you need to talk xx

Hugs. Anxiety is a hard thing to challenge. For a self help course, you could check out the centre for clinical interventions website as they have good courses that help you look into your thoughts. Still, I hope that the rest of the course is easier for you

You made it through the day & it's now in the past, put it out of your mind and try & relax before bedtime.
