"I've had a really bad day Anxiety got the better of me and I sobbed harder than I have for a long time Hoping tomorrow is a better day (On a course I don't want to be on but I have to and had to do some speaking about ourselves and I freaked and ran away couldn't force myself to leave the toilets for about 20 min ) " Hugs. Anxiety is a hard thing to challenge. For a self help course, you could check out the centre for clinical interventions website as they have good courses that help you look into your thoughts. Still, I hope that the rest of the course is easier for you | |||
