I have lots of discounted roast chicken, got to my local supermarket just in time for them to be reduced.

no on a diet so not eating mince pies or chocs but ill share me pringles so i dont eat them all lol (does that work)

stick to fruit n veg the the odd bit of decent meat...plenty of exercise thats the perfect recipe for us all to lose weight

Its been scientifically proven that any nibbles that are shared don't contain any calories

There are many alternatives to Chicken, turkey being one of them. Maybe you have some leftovers from Christmas in the freezer or someone else living locally has, Failing that order some fried chicken from your local takeaway and strip the skin off it and use the flesh either breast or thigh meat to construct a chicken sandwich and satisfy your craving. If that all seems like too much them may I suggest an alternative of a cheese and either pickle or tomato sandwich. I am sure you like many have some cheese left over from the Christmas celebrations that would make an excellent alternative.
