Only need to revise if you don't already know your stuff, or if it's just a pile of facts to regurgitate.

Make condensed notes on your way. The process of reading, writing and reading as your own notes helps you remember.

Also, look at your course and exam plan, work out what % questions are for each topic, look at how much effort is required (based on pages of book or notes and how well you know that section) and prioritise based on max marks-to-effort ratio.
