New Years eve

I know it may seem early, but I'm going to gosport/Portsmouth area for New Year's Eve with my mate, and not knowing the nightlife was wondering the places to go? Looking for nightclub or bar with music dancing and relaxed atmosphere where we can generally get pissed and have a laugh. Not looking for swinging type venue just your normal club/bar. Any suggestions?

That's why we are looking early so we can find out where is good and get tickets so any names of places recommended would be great x

Theres a cpl clubs in guildhall walk and one by the station and a ibis other end of guildhall walk
