What supplements do you take if any???

I take zinc in the morning and magnesium in the evening before bed.

The rest I'm pretty happy my diet has covered.

I have heard about Ginseng, had anyone tried it as a supplement?

I think the body needs magnesium to absorb the vitamin D. There linked in some way I remember reading about it.

Might be worth some research online if you have a vitamin D deficiency.

Some people have clinical deficiencies and would have to eat large amounts for their RDA. I don't want to over eat so I take supplements.

I don't do any training, I'm not a member of a gym. I just eat healthy cause I'm interested in nutrition and cause i have a demanding job. Also I'm self-employed and if I'm ill I don't work.

Pretty much everybody is low in magnesium. Zinc is good for your hair, skin and fighting off colds.

I use cod liver oil for my joints because of work.

People have been taking it for thousands of years.

How do you know you're not lacking ?

Most of the population are lacking in magnesium.

Magnesium and zinc cancel each other out. That's why I take extra zinc in the morning and magnesium at night.

I just googled ZMA that's pretty much what I take but I space out the magnesium and zinc separate to absorb the maximum.

Funny you say you can't concentrate, Google ginseng and concentration.

Actually I first heard about magnesium from a friend who suffered lots of headaches and couldn't find a answer why.

She started taking magnesium after trying everything else and she was lucky enough to find what was causing the problem.

It's difficult to be tested for magnesium levels. Magnesium is not going to be a quick fix it can take months for it to work for some people. Do some research, I'm only repeating what iv read myself or friends have told me

The £millions that get spent on these and flushed down the toilet is staggering imo, we're tooled by an industry that preys on our fear.

I take zinc, should I feel a cold coming on, as it's the only thing that's been researched and shown to help lessen the effects of the common cold.

What might be interesting is to look at the other side of the coin for a moment .

Pharmaceutical companies produce drugs to treat disease , and drugs to prevent various conditions . Statins being a good example , and heavy duty painkillers . Both of which receive as much adverse reaction as positive .

These same companies produce much of the research refuting the usefulness of natural food supplements and herbal remedies .

And thus , so many of us believe that the natural remedies and supplements are worthless . Is it possible we are hoodwinked by pharma companies with a vested interest in ascribing to their way or no way ?

Nothing now... i need to get back in shape though. When i train i use protein, creatin, L glutamine, vitamin C, omega 3, zinc, and a multi vitamin.

I take cranberry tablet if i havnt had a glass of cranberry juice that day and for the same reason i take a "good bacteria" tablet on the advise of my consultant.

I take supplements for my joints to boost their cartlidge (or the lack of it).

Mostly my diet covers everything i need but if i have a bad food day then i take a multivitamon tab.

i take are trenbolone and testosterone from thailand
