Can anyone help me with this please. While trawling and adult website on my Samsung galaxy phone a message from Secure prtect me came upadvising my mobile has been blocked because I visited an unlawful web site and they want me to pay a £100fine to ukash or pay safecard. Obviously this is a scam but how do I clear this from the screen and access the Internet again. Any help advice would be appreciated

Hold the home button. Close all apps. Also might be worth downloading a virus app. There are lots of free ones. Go by the star ratings. Particularly if millions of people have voted x

Brighton - even Hove!

It's a scam. Turn your mobile off and on again and ignore it.

Essex.

I've just added 360 security app to my Samsung. It's been really good at getting ride of rubbish like that.

Apparently it's specificallydesigned for Samsung. .. Risky

If your still struggling, switch on airplane mode then it cannot appear as you won't have a internet signal

Some good advice here from the others. You may be able to transfer stuff from your pc etc to the phone by Bluetooth or wifi, to get around keeping your phone disconnected from the mobile network - but this wouldn't work in airplane mode.

If you reset it to factory shipped state - as it was when brand new, if other ideas don't clear it, that may also be worth doing. But would delete all of your private stuff, such as files, pics, history and apps most likely.
