I have a habit of when I get up I just can't be bothe_ed to get dressed. Only this morning my day off I came through from my bedroom made a cuppa and was just chilling when I glanced up too see my neighbour looking right in my window. She never blinked!!! Needless too say I smiled and walked through the lounge. Anyone ever been caught before?

I used to wake up at 4am as I had to be in the office early. I'd wake up, wash and iron my clothes before dressing. One morning, I'd left the curtains open and my neighbour watched me iron my clothes in my undies. Closed the curtains from that point.

A friend told me that he was on holiday with his missus, and she opened the hotel curtains to see a drone with a camera looking in.. It hove_ed a minute or so then moved on go another window. He ran to the window, looked down and saw a couple of kids operating it.

I asked if he ran down and caught them, his answer was classic..

It's a massive leap from someone wandering round their own house naked to suddenly being some sort of criminal though. Sure if you're deliberately flashing out a window knowing someone is there but to be caught out randomly is not criminal behaviour.

This happened to me while taking my daughter to nursery. Myself and two other mums phoned the police. I gave evidence in court and he was given a suspended sentence and 3 years on the sex offenders register. He was also evicted from his house!!!

It's really odd how different the responses to people are on here.

This man is naked in his own home, not forcing himself on anybody in any way and although most people have understood this one or two haven't. However things like location and audience are taken into consideration...In addition to the aforementioned harassment, alarm , distress and frequency...

Secondly a woman's breasts are not genitals, so being topless is not an offence but can be evidence of public order offences...
