The skies in Reading turned pink today : there's a natural explanation for it (light refraction)

Any other random stories from your local area worth sharing (that most other Fabbers will have absolutely no interest in? )

East Sussex

Gladys 84 from Old Town has saved enough carrier bags to ensure that nobody in her street ever needs to pay 5p to carry their shopping home.

IT very dark outside as no street lights out in the sticks other than the stars above in clear skies

the middle of the world

Headline news in our local paper a while ago was "lost bike found"

It turned out the owner had ridden it home from the pub and put it in his shed. Being d*unk he had forgotten this, gone back to the pub the next day to collect his bike, found it gone and retorted it as stolen. That was big news the week before, so it needed reporting that we didn't have master criminals on the loose.

Nothing this week though...
