My long-term hobbies are: sketching n painting, customising charity shop clothes, walking, bit o cycling and dancing.

Less frequent are writing prose and poety.

More recent, playing on the forums.

Ok I finished uni a year ago and promised myself a year of having nothing but fluff in my head

The year is up and I should find something else to do or learn but I have no idea what at the moment

I started 2 new hobbies on Dec 24th - Eating and drinking. They continued very well, without any sign of tiring of them but they will cease tomorrow and yet another 2 new hobbies will begin which I will tire of very quickly ...

tell you what, having lived abroad for many years, I have to say the amount of love I have received since I returned is wonderful. (I don't mean just the one kind.) Sometimes when we are too close we don't see what we have.

like to try and improvise at the piano. heading out with my dad to here Handel tomorrow then in may Mr Beethoven

fitness - yes i like this too, twice daily 6 days a wk

cooking - when i have the money for it

gardening - when i'm not avoiding it im in it.

reading - a place to escape too.

blimey, I'd love the recipe as long as it's not too complex, and if it works

yes, I guess I am lucky that my working hours up to me. Not so many jobs like that.

sure

100 g tapioca flour

100 g prawns

tsp pepper

1. Liquidize the prawns

2. Mix the flour and pepper with enough water to get a dough

3. Add the prawns

4. Using a beater mix for 8 min or knead by hand

5. Make 2 sausage shape

6. Steam for 75 min or so (or until the change takes place) [ u will know it when u see it

7. Cool down and wrap in foil and put in fridge for 1 - 2 days

8. Slice it as finely as possible

9 Roast them on a tray for 3-4 hrs on a low heat (100 or so) to let them dry out

they should appear clear and plastic looking

fry them as normal in a wok - or whatever

p.s. funny thing is they look like albino slugs

haha
