Ok, so I've pretty much written today off for achieving anything meaningful. It just ain't happening.

I'm at work so I can't really get away with anything too dodgy. Any interesting suggestions as to how I might entertain myself for the next few hours?

Good work! Take a break.

Make a plan for the first thing on the list.

Include steps already done.

Tick off things already in place.

Good work! Take a break.

Begin work when no more planning needed. Probably tomorrow.
