Trapped nerve in neck means I am getting shooting pains and spasms in my arm

I don't fancy a trip to the osteopath, this one is brutal. I'm sure if it wasn't for the case of none changing hands I could have her done for grievous bodily harm.

What I need is a good massage. Either that or a very considerate sympathy shag.

I had this last week and couldn't move my neck..its horrible..

But a good friend helped sort it out

I can turn my neck a little, it gives me a false sense of hope that it might be easing off. The osteopath is my last resort, she is a paid thug when it comes to manipulation
